Opening up is the key step of accelerating the development of Guizhou province, and the United Front Work Department of Guizhou will expand scales of cooperation to boost the opening up and development. According to Liu, Guizhou United Front should persist in the strategy of "Bringing In" and "Going Out" and strengthen the cooperation home and abroad.

Meanwhile, the United Front is willing to help combining the rich resource of Guizhou with the advantage management, capital, technology, and human resources together to boost the development.

The United Front boosts the development of Guizhou by building the communication stage, increasing quantity of the Merchants Guilds depending on its own features and advantages, such as the university forum held last July on education reform, talents cultivation and student exchange, joined by presidents of leading universities, such as the Hong Kong University and University of Macau, as well as the International Tourism Forum held in last June, joined by top leaders, politicians and tourism officials, including former secretary of UN, former president of Bulgaria and former prime minister of Hungary.
