The Taiwan Affairs Office of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently visited Taiwan and met with local technology companies.

During the visit, Guiyang invited several Taiwan technology companies and guests from the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association, Cloud Computing & IoT Association in Taiwan, and Golden Smart Home Technology Corp to attend the 2019 Big Data Expo, which will be held in Guiyang this May.

Guiyang also discussed with Taiwan about the organization of a Taiwan fruit festival and agriculture exchange activity to be held in Guiyang.
