Scholar of Asian and digital culture to attend 2019 Big Data Expo

Kevin Kelly, founding executive editor of Wired, former editor of Whole Earth Review, and a scholar of Asian and digital culture, will share his opinions on blockchain during the 2019 Big Data Expo, which will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, from May 26 to 29.
As one of the key guests invited by the expo, Kelly will attend the blockchain high-end dialogue on May 27 along with other blockchain experts such as Cao Jiannong, chair professor of the department of computing and director of the internet and mobile computing lab at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
The dialogue will be hosted by Wang Feng, chairman of Linekong Interactive Group and founder of Mars Finance. Experts from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Zhejiang University will participate.
The dialogue will cover topics on the research of advanced technologies in blockchain, network security and privacy protection, data governance, and the transformation and upgrading of digital society.
The public is also welcomed to attend the dialogue. There are 100 tickets to the dialogue that are available on the expo's official website, WeChat account, and app.
