The mascot of the 2019 Big Data Expo, which is being held in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guihzou province, from May 26 to 29, was showcased during a nighttime show by 526 drones on May 26.

The design of the mascot "Shuxiaobo" is inspired by the official logo of the expo, which adopts white as its theme color.

The mascot's headwear incorporates the expo's logo, elements of Guizhou ethnic groups' headwear, and a tiara, as Guiyang is leading the country in big data development.

Since being released on May 14, stickers of the mascot have received a warm welcome from the public, with clicks exceeding 100,000.
