Since July 2, Guizhou has integrated enterprise registration and approval, with only one registrar in charge of all the related businesses of one enterprise.

According to the latest regulation, registrars will review application materials to determine whether they are prepared in the required format, completed, legal, and true.

Registrars are also requested to take full responsibilities of the reviewed businesses within their commission and can't raise or lower authorized requirements.

The registrar will clearly explain all the questions about related businesses at one time. If the application is acceptable, the registrar has to make the approval within a limited timeframe. They will also inform applicants that they need to obtain or renew business licenses in the prescribed time.

For special situations or complicated problems, the head of the registration department will hold meetings to make appropriate decisions.
