According officials at the 8th online Guizhou Professionals Convention, which is being held on May 18-24, more talent apartments in Guiyang -- capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- have been constructed since 2010 and they have provided convenience for new hires.

The Sailing Apartment by the Nanming River with an investment of 450 million yuan ($63.26 million) has two stages. The second stage started to receive application in May 2019, and 70 percent of the 1,604 apartments have been occupied.

The community is equipped with badminton court, laundry room, courier station, supermarket, restaurant, gym, guest kitchen and entertainment hall.

The apartments have different layouts for different clients. All the apartments except single rooms have a TV, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner, kitchen ventilator and hot water heater.

People under 35 year old in Guiyang with college degrees or above can apply for the apartments. Applicants should be self-employed or working at government departments, government-sponsored institutions or State-owned enterprises, or private enterprises involving industries encouraged by the Guiyang industrial development guidance catalogue.

Applicants' spouses and children under legal marriage age can apply as family members.

All the talent apartments in Guiyang area are fully furnished and located in the business district with convenient transportation. They are for rent only.
