According to the Guiyang big data bureau, Guiyang and Guian New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province have promoted the digitalization of industries and implemented 141 big data integration projects, helping 469 real economy enterprises with the integration of big data.

Guiyang and Guian support enterprises in terms of technology, applications, and business mode innovation, and have established big data integration scheduling libraries for the equipment manufacturing and medicine manufacturing industries.

From January to June, Guiyang and Guian launched 35 intellectualized reconstruction projects, three of which were selected as typical cases of an enterprise applying cloud computing by the Ministry of Industry and Information technology.

Guiyang and Guian have also signed 45 big data investment projects related to the neighboring areas of Shubo Avenue, and 1.17 billion yuan ($180.06 million) in investment has been put in place.

With the help of internet of things, big data has been applied in the planting, transportation, and sales process of agricultural products, and Guiyang's service platform for fruit and vegetable production management has realized the digitization of fruit tree management.

Guiyang and Guian are also exploring the integration of tourism and big data. Guiyang has built a block data platform to collect real-time passenger flow information about its main scenic spots and accelerated the application of artificial intelligence in tour guide service, scenic area introduction, and tourism consultation.

In the future, Guiyang and Guian will help thousands of enterprises with industrial transformation and upgrading, implement big data integration projects in more than 10,000 enterprises, and accelerate the digitalized, networked, and intellectualized reconstruction of the real economy.
