Guiyang city and the Guian New Area – located in Southwest China's Guizhou province – aim to develop a special working team and establish a special platform, mechanism and brand, carrying out evaluation of progress made in order to serve the development of the private economy.

Currently, the special team has been established and it will research policies, set tasks, as well as schedule and coordinate overall work. Moreover, it will build relations between government departments and companies, regularly release reports and carry out business evaluations.

Guiyang and Guian will enhance the construction of a "Guishangyi" service platform to allow more business entities to learn about commercial policies, offer advice and apply for business licenses online.

In addition, the two will complete the establishment of a mechanism for policy sharing and analysis, data collecting and monitoring, communications and cooperation, recruitment and legal-related issues to boost the development potential of the private economy.

Taking the annual Guizhou Entrepreneurs Conference as an opportunity, they will continue to optimize their talent service and turn the Big Data Expo, Guiyang Industrial Expo and Eco Forum Global Guiyang into platforms for the private economy to expand and go global.

Through these events, they will invite China's major private companies to explore its business environment, boost communications with Guizhou entrepreneurs outside the province and encourage more private companies to invest in Guiyang and Guian.

They will also survey the views of private companies, to improve the services of government departments for entrepreneurs.
