Since the beginning of this year, Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City in Guian New Area, Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been attracting investment in cloud computing, data services, information technology application and innovation, and scenario-based data application.

By April 30, 126 companies had registered in Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City, and 197 companies were in the midst of discussing cooperation.

While promoting investment, Guian strengthened its support for signed projects. Government departments sent officials to provide comprehensive one-stop services such as investment promotion policy consultations, site selection and settlement, certificate and license handling, property services, and living facilities.

Guian offered enterprise certificate registration services and set up canteens, convenience stores and small supermarkets to meet the daily needs of enterprise employees.

Guian also promoted the construction of roads, water supply and electricity supply projects to ensure that other projects can be completed. So far, Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City has been visited 372 times, including 333 for investment purposes and 39 official government visits.

In the future, the Guian bureau of industry and information technology will continue to offer full-life-circle management services for project construction, make project construction plans, coordinate and solve problems related to land, water, electricity, road and network usage, and ensure the smooth implementation of projects.
