Guiyang sees 301 new industrial projects in H1

In the first half of this year, new projects in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, had 82.93 billion yuan ($12.28 billion) in funds in place, exceeding the half-year target of 2.93 billion yuan.

During this period, the city saw 301 new industrial projects, with an agreed total investment exceeding 120 billion yuan.

Since the beginning of this year, Guiyang has continued to make efforts in project construction and has actively coordinated to solve problems and difficulties encountered in the introduction and implementation of key projects.

So far this year, construction has started on a total of 123 projects in the city, and 66 have been completed, providing strong support for the city's stable economic growth and injecting new momentum into the city's high-quality development.

Moving forward, Guiyang will help key industries do a better job in industrial investment promotion and project construction and efficiently solve major problems related to project introduction and implementation.

It will also focus on technological transformation investment and actively strive for special funding support for technological transformation projects to ensure that more than 200 technological transformation projects will be implemented this year.
