Meixing (Chinese name) from Bac Ninh in Vietnam is currently an undergraduate student majoring in tourism management at Guizhou University in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

"What impressed me most about Guiyang is that there are various modes of transportation and it is easy to get around. Moreover, Guiyang is also a very beautiful city with great weather, delicious food and a strong academic atmosphere," Meixing said.

At the 4th China-ASEAN Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition during the 2022 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week, Meixing and other students entered the creative project "Prehistoric Guizhou - A Science Popularization Practice Class through Time and Space".

During the introduction, Meixing was confident and calm with fluent mandarin, and her project was praised by the judges on site.

She said that was the first time she had participated in a science popularization research project this year.

"I was mainly in charge of tourism promotion and helping children learn about geology. This is a very meaningful project. Through teamwork, I have also learned a lot," Meixing said.

Every semester, Meixing has the opportunity to visit various tourist attractions in Guizhou and Guiyang under the leadership of her instructor, which has given her a deeper understanding of Guizhou and Guiyang.

Meixing said that Guiyang is a charming place. "I hope to stay here for my graduate studies."

Today, the fast-developing Guiyang has become more inclusive, attracting visitors from all over the world.
