Guizhou Big Data Circulation Trading Center and Global Big Data Exchange in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed a cooperation agreement with Ant Group and Aliyun at the opening ceremony of the data scenario application innovation contest on Dec 20.

According to the agreement, the four parties will cooperate on data transaction, data regulation and data circulation, as well as construct data trading platforms and related infrastructures.

Aliyun and Ant Group will utilize abilities and advantages in cloud computing, blockchain and private computing to build a stable platform to collect, circulate, trade, manage and regulate data.

"Global Big Data Exchange will integrate technology with the industrial data ecosystem, and enhance its cooperation with Ant Group and Aliyun to research and develop the potential of data with innovative technologies," said Ye Yuting, general manager of Global Big Data Exchange.

For seven years, Guizhou has ranked first in China in digital economy growth rate, and is home to a number of data companies and supercomputing centers. Global Big Data Exchange was established in 2015, and received national support for further development in 2022.
