The city of Guiyang and Guian New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province plan to relocate high-quality resources related to education, healthcare, transportation, talent attraction, road construction and industrial development to Guian New Area, according to the opinions on furthering the high-quality development in Guian issued by the Guizhou government.

Guiyang and Guian will ensure that residential communities complement the educational facilities. Furthermore, renowned schools from both within and outside the province will be invited to establish campuses or collaborate with existing institutions in Guian.

By incorporating the teaching methods, faculty resources, and research achievements of distinguished schools, Guian aims to enhance the overall quality of education and expand the coverage of premium educational resources.

In terms of healthcare, Guiyang and Guian will plan for community health service centers, medical stations, and clinics to form a pre-hospital first aid system. Additionally, Guiyang and Guian will facilitate the implementation of a national rare disease big data platform and enhance partnerships between Guiyang and Guian's medical institutions to provide high-quality healthcare resources.

Guiyang and Guian will accelerate the construction of a comprehensive road network and a multi-level public transportation system, including fast buses, customized buses, internal circular buses, scenic route buses, and night buses.

In order to attract talented individuals to Guian, Guiyang and Guian will offer subsidies, sci-tech research support, and funds for those who bring projects, technology, or funding to establish businesses in Guiyang and Guian.

Focusing on a national computing power support base, a new energy vehicle, battery and material production base, and a national industrial backup base, Guiyang and Guian aim to create a modern industrial system with strong influence and competitiveness.
