The recently held 6th Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Guiyang Municipal Committee emphasized the commitment to promoting industrial growth through enterprises, building industrial parks based on production, and fostering industrial development through these parks, making strong efforts to develop and strengthen the industrial economy.

Anda Technology Co, a testament of the city's commitment to promoting industrial development, has experienced explosive growth by leveraging its own resources and industrial foundation. The company's revenue has grown from 92.61 million yuan ($12.69 million) to 6.56 billion yuan.

The company has been named a national-level specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprise, and in March of this year, it was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, providing strong support for the further development of the new energy battery and materials industry in Guizhou province.

Guiyang has also accelerated the construction of standardized factories and industrial parks.

The standardized factory phase three project of Shawen Ecological Technology Industrial Park in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone has received a total investment of 350 million yuan. It has a total construction area of 127,800 square meters, with one underground floor and five above-ground floors. Construction on the project commenced in March 2022 and is now nearing completion.

While in Huaxi district, the Huaxi Industrial Park also sped up the construction of standardized factories and supporting infrastructure and carried out investment promotion to attract enterprises. So far, the industrial park has signed agreements with over 20 enterprises.

The city's efforts to promote industrial development have paid off. Statistics show that from January to July this year, the added value of industries above designated size in Guiyang increased by 6.9 percent year-on-year.
