Its aim is to promote the deep integration of industrial digitization and digital industrialization by building an open, shared, collaborative, and innovative development system.

When asked why the company chose to settle in Guiyang Big Data Science and Technology Innovation City, Liang Xianbo, the general manager of Guizhou Digital China New Energy Resources Holdings Co, stated that this hub is an important platform for the development of big data and technological innovation in the province, as it gathers advantageous resources of the digital economy.
