In the first three quarters of this year, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, saw the opening of seven commercial complexes, including three commercial streets and four shopping centers, with a total area of 650,500 square meters. Data shows that Guiyang has introduced 760 first-store outlets, accounting for 86 percent of the total in the province.

With the changing of business models and upgrading of consumption habits in recent years, Guiyang's first-store economy is gaining momentum. National chain restaurants such as Spacelab, Asa Arabian Restaurant and Mediterranean Cuisine, and Just Fire have made their debut in the city, offering diverse selections and quality service experiences for consumers. The entry of professional sports and outdoor brands such as Kailas and Fjallraven have also captured the affection of large groups of young people.

Moving forward, Guiyang will continue to encourage the development of new business formats and models, as well as support regions where conditions are conducive to the development of the first-store economy and debut economy, meeting consumers' needs for a better quality of life.
