Guiyang to hold New Year's Eve carnival

To ring in the new year, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, will hold a special New Year's Eve Carnival in the form of a roadside concert.
Held at the Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center, the event will be held from 2:00 p.m. on Dec 31 to 12:10 a.m. the following day. It will feature 100 performances, with over 80 artists and enthusiastic singers participating, offering a brilliant musical feast on New Year's Eve.

Professional singers and bands from more than 10 provinces and autonomous regions such as Beijing, Heilongjiang, Fujian, Sichuan, Jiangsu, and Hunan will participate, while musicians from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and over 20 countries including Russia, Italy, Portugal, Australia, South Africa, Tajikistan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Laos, will enjoy cultural and musical exchanges with Guizhou's folk artists.
