Nearly 300 acres (20 hectares) of verbena flowers are currently in full bloom on the Yunding Grassland of Gaopo township, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province. The sea of purple flowers intertwines with blue skies and white clouds at an altitude of 1,600 meters, creating a gorgeous summer sight and attracting numerous visitors.
