The 14th China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, from Sept 9 to 13. Last year's expo earned the Guinness World Record for "largest display of alcoholic beverages", while this year's event aims to recreate that record-breaking feat, with even higher standards and a more diverse range of alcoholic beverages.
The expo, featuring the theme "A Collection of World-class Alcoholic Beverages for Openness and Cooperation", will attract over 1,000 exhibiting companies from more than 40 countries and regions around the world, showcasing over 20,000 types of alcoholic products. These not only encompass various categories such as baijiu, wine, beer, fruit wine, and red wine, but also alcoholic derivatives, wine industry tourism, and wine culture products.
For the first time, the exhibition will launch featured sections such as the "fine wine lifestyle pavilion", the "intangible cultural heritage wine culture exhibition", and the "vintage wine auction", showcasing the diverse charm of wine culture through immersive experiences.
This year's expo will further promote the integration of alcoholic beverages with culture, tourism, and consumption, and contribute to the high-quality development of Guizhou's alcoholic beverages industry.
