Since 2020, Nanming has earned six national awards for its economic development. It has advanced its building economy through three key strategies: digital management, establishing standardized systems, and implementing targeted quality improvements. Today, Nanming operates 116 commercial buildings covering more than 5.4 million square meters, supporting over 11,000 enterprises and developing 15 buildings that generate over one billion yuan ($140.7 million) in tax revenue.

Guanshanhu, aiming to be the core development district for the Southwest Region's economy, has completed 161 commercial buildings, among which 20 generate over one billion yuan in tax revenue, and 17 are specialized structures.

To date, the two districts have drawn many prominent companies, including regional offices of Huawei, Tencent, and Guizhou Bank, creating industry clusters in finance, big data, and modern services. Moving forward, Guiyang aims to advance the shift of its building economy towards specialization and high quality, intensify business model enhancements, and boost the capacity and brand strength of its building sector.
