Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport port sees significant growth in 2025

As of Nov 20 this year, Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport has handled over 263,000 inbound and outbound passengers, marking a year-over-year increase of 122.73 percent. There have been 2,600 inbound and outbound flights, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 101.12 percent.
Throughout the year, the airport has launched 14 international passenger and cargo routes to countries including South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, as well as two regional routes to Hong Kong and Macao.
As the international route network continues to expand, port customs clearance has significantly improved, facilitating easier and more efficient visits for foreigners to Guizhou. Over 63,000 foreigners have entered, marking a 211.4 percent year-on-year increase. More than 24,000 of these visitors utilized visa-free, unilateral visa-free, 24-hour, and 240-hour transit visa exemption policies, representing a 215.9 percent rise from the previous year. The leading nationalities of incoming foreigners are Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
