On Dec 5, the concert 2025 "Echoes of Ancient Tang Poems" opened at the Guiyang Grand Theater, Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The concert featured performances by the Guiyang Symphony Orchestra, conducted by the renowned conductor Yang Yang, alongside 15 Chinese and international singers who presented over 10 vocal works inspired by Tang poems.

In addition to western instruments, the orchestra's arrangement incorporated traditional Chinese instruments such as the pipa, guzheng, and bamboo flute. Despite their diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, the singers tried their utmost to pronounce and articulate Chinese sounds properly, bringing the power of "music without borders" to the audience.
