On Dec 6, a new direct flight from Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, was launched. 

The outbound flight GY703 departs from Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport at 10:50 pm and arrives at Ho Chi Minh Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 1:30 pm local time. The return flight GY704 departs from Ho Chi Min at 2:30 am local time and arrives back in Guiyang at 7:10 am the following morning.

The new Guiyang-Ho Chi Minh route and the existing Guiyang-Hanoi route will create a network covering Vietnam's two major cities, further promoting economic, cultural, and personnel exchanges between Guizhou and ASEAN countries.
