On Jan 31, a delegation from Vicenza, Italy, arrived in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, for a two-day visit.

The delegation first visited Guiyang's landmark Jiaxiu Pavilion, followed by a trip to Qingyun Road Pedestrian Street, where they explored the unique charm of local intangible cultural heritage crafts such as silver jewelry and batik. Amidst authentic delicacies like laoguo, special roast chicken, and craft beers, they experienced the vibrant atmosphere of Guiyang's street life and enjoyed boutique coffee, craft beer, exquisite dining, and creative cultural products, feeling the vitality of Guiyang's night economy.

On Feb 1, the delegation visited the Guiyang Urban Rural Planning Exhibition Hall, Pix Moving, and Guizhou Jiangjiu Group. They engaged in discussions on potential business collaborations, further advancing friendly cooperation between the two cities.

Friendly exchanges between Guiyang and Vicenza have a long-standing history. Since establishing ties in 2018, both sides have continuously strengthened collaboration across culture, education, sports, and tourism.
