As the largest and most comprehensive professional automobile trade market in Southwest China, Mengguan Modern Trade and Logistics Park in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently entered the ranks of billion-yuan parks.
The park hosts 127 automobile brand stores selling mainstream domestic and international models, with new energy brands accounting for 50.39 percent of the total. Major brands such as Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance, Tesla, and Xiaomi have established their largest provincial experience and delivery centers here. Since construction began in 2010, the park has developed into a cluster of 4S stores, auto parts markets, used car markets, automobile supermarkets, and construction machinery markets. It has also created a complete industrial ecosystem from single automobile sales to a full-chain service involving car purchases, replacements, decoration, and maintenance.
By 2025, with automobile trade and warehousing logistics as its leading industries, the park had gathered 7,892 market entities, with operating income exceeding 102.83 billion yuan ($14.85 billion), a 75.54 percent increase from 2021. The revenue from the automobile trade alone reached 58.18 billion yuan. The park will continue to deepen reforms and innovation, optimize enterprise services, and build a strong industrial ecosystem, striving to maintain an average annual growth rate of about 8 percent in park operating income, with a total exceeding 150 billion yuan.
Moving forward, the Mengguan Modern Trade and Logistics Park will focus on upstream, midstream, and downstream industries, create new formats such as autonomous driving experiences and automotive lifestyle consumption, and build an e-commerce live streaming base to expand online consumption opportunities, providing consumers with a better car-buying experience.
