TripSmith Kitchen is a benchmark for craft beer in Guiyang. With local specialties like cili (rosa roxburghii) and bayberry craft beers, each sip offers a smooth and layered taste. Notably, it won a gold medal with its Nature Wild Strawberry Barrel-Aged Beer at the 2025 Brussels Beer Challenge in Belgium.

Chui Zi Craft Beer

Chui Zi Craft Beer offers a variety of craft beers, including classics like IPA and wheat beer, as well as locally inspired cili craft beer. The bar also serves cocktails such as "God Father", "Gin and Tonic", and "Whiskey Sour", which perfectly pair with skewers or light meals.

Monkey King Brewing

Monkey King Brewing is a legendary spot in Guiyang's craft beer scene, run by 66-year-old Aunt Kang. It features over 20 self-brewed taps, ranging from refreshing lagers to rich stouts. Don't miss tasting its Chinese Peppercorn Lager.
